What we collect

The demo form asks for your full name, the name of your clinic and your phone number. The e-mail address and the message are optional.

With the form we also record the date of the request, the language of the page and the address of the page you sent it from.

Why we collect it

We use these details only to contact you about your demo request. We call you on the number you gave in the form.

Where we keep it

Your request is kept on Hastam’s server, in a file that cannot be opened over the web. When a request arrives, our team may get a notification by e-mail.

The server that hosts the site keeps a technical record of visits, as every web server does: IP address, date and the page requested. We use these records for security and to find faults.

Who we share it with

We do not share your details with anyone for marketing. Your request is read by our team that handles demos.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as we need them to contact you about the demo. If you ask us to delete them sooner, we do.

Deletion and other requests

You can ask us to delete or correct your details, or to send you a copy. Article 11 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data lists these rights.

Patient call data

This page does not cover the patient data of clinics that use Hastam.

When you ring a clinic that uses Hastam, that clinic is the data controller for your call data. Hastam processes this data on the clinic’s behalf. For requests about this data, contact the clinic.
